Update
So wanted to give an update from my first week of working out. I made it to the gym monday - friday and again today. I have lost 8lbs my first week. I am proud of my improvements but know I have a long way to go. Motivated
Underworld Awakening review
So I saw Underworld Awakening the other night and I was pleasantly surprised. I mean I go to these type of films to just sit back turn the brain off and enjoy some entertainment. I am not huge on all of these vampire or werewolf films, but these films have always been an exception. Very action packed from start to finish though it was a bit short. Without spoiling anything it is left open for another one which i dont know how I feel about. I love movies but I sometimes think so many sequels can get a bit much. Overall I left the film happy thinking it was better then the other underworld films.
I would give it a 7.5 out of 10 maybe an 8
Workout and Diet (this time for real)
I have tried many times to stay on a good diet and workout plan and have failed. But there is no more excuses. Today I start my workout plan and dieting correctly. I weigh in at 211 which is not a huge number as im 6’1 but I would like to get to 185lbs. I just want to be able to run or do things without getting tired. So today is the day I make that change. I will be making updates as I do things workout plans and things dedicated towards positive thought, motivation, fitness, and good health.
